We offer several ceremony packages. Choose the one that best fits your needs.

 

Please note:

• The Pilgrim Chapel is available for wedding ceremonies through these packages only.

• Officiant services are included ONLY in our La Petite and Valentine's Day Elopement Packages.

Valentine's Day Elopement Ceremony: $350

Celebrate Valentine's Day by eloping to the Pilgrim Chapel! This Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14, 2027, book an inclusive, five-minute wedding ceremony, complete with flowers, three digital photographs, and a sparkling beverage toast for two! (available only on Valentine's Day)

 

All-Day Package: $9,500

​Your reservation ensures your exclusive access to the chapel, grounds, for the entire day. This package can accommodate a reception as well as a ceremony. No other events will be scheduled at any time that day. It also includes day-of coordination, as well as a one-hour rehearsal to be scheduled the day before your ceremony. Once we receive your online booking, we will contact you to schedule the rehearsal. 

 

Half of the total package price is due at booking. The balance is due 30 days before the scheduled ceremony date.

Half-Day Package: $4,750

​Your reservation ensures your exclusive access to the chapel, grounds, and cottage for five hours on your wedding day; day-of coordination; as well as a one-hour rehearsal to be scheduled the day before your ceremony. This package can accommodate a short reception as well as a ceremony. Once we receive your online booking, we will contact you to schedule the rehearsal. Couples usually schedule their ceremony to start about two or three hours into the reservation window.​

Half of the total package price is due at booking. The balance is due 30 days before the scheduled ceremony date.

Chapel Ceremony + Cottage Package: $2,400​

Your reservation ensures your exclusive access to the chapel, grounds, and cottage for two and one-half hours on your wedding day; day-of coordination; as well as a one-hour rehearsal to be scheduled the day before your ceremony. Once we receive your online booking, we will contact you to schedule the rehearsal. We recommend you schedule your ceremony to start at least 45 minutes after your rental period begins, to allow time for deliveries, decorations, photography of family, and the arrival and seating of guests.

Traditional Ceremony Package: $1,750

Your reservation ensures your exclusive access to the chapel and grounds for two and one-half hours on your wedding day, day-of coordination; as well as a one-hour rehearsal to be scheduled the day before your ceremony. Once we receive your online booking, we will contact you to schedule the rehearsal. We recommend you schedule your ceremony to start at least 45 minutes after your rental period begins, to allow time for deliveries, decorations, photography of family, and the arrival and seating of guests.​

Chapel Ceremony Package: $1,400​

Your reservation ensures your exclusive access to the chapel and grounds for two and a half hours on your wedding day, as well as day-of coordination. We recommend you schedule your ceremony to start at least 45 minutes after your rental period begins, to allow time for deliveries, decorations, photography of family, and the arrival and seating of guests.

La Petite Ceremony Package: $500

Once we receive your online booking, our in-house chaplain will contact you to plan and schedule your 15-minute ceremony. Total rental time not to exceed 30 minutes. Guests limited to 15 for this package. Certain practices like seclusion of bride, first look, etc. are not possible with this package. The total amount of the package price is due at booking. Please note: La Petite ceremonies are NOT available on Saturdays, and availability on Fridays and Sundays may be limited, as well. ​

Officiant Service Only: $150

This package is for couples who require a legal wedding but no ceremony. Come to our cozy Cottage, bring your marriage license issued in a county in Missouri, and our officiant will make it official. Access inside the Pilgrim Chapel is not included, but photography in the Cottage and outside the Chapel is permitted. Two witnesses/guests allowed and can be provided if requested. Total rental time not to exceed 30 minutes.

If you would like to add a rehearsal, add officiant services, or add the cottage, the fees are as follows:

​

• One-hour Rehearsal: $350 (available only the day before your ceremony and cannot be added to ceremony time)

• In-House Chaplain Services: $300 (includes a planning session and officiating at the ceremony); $100 additional fee to attend rehearsal (if scheduled)

• Cottage Rental: $650 (includes exclusive use of the Cottage during your ceremony rental)
