Chapel Ceremony

Service Description

Your reservation ensures your exclusive access to the Pilgrim Chapel and grounds for two and one-half hours on your wedding day, as well as use of our in-house officiant. Half of the total package price is due at booking. The balance is due 30 days before the scheduled ceremony date. ​Please note: this package does NOT include a rehearsal. You may schedule a one-hour rehearsal for an additional fee of $250. If you would like to schedule both together, please select the "Traditional Chapel Ceremony". If you are unsure whether or not you want a rehearsal, you may add one later, after making this ceremony reservation, by selecting the "Add a One-Hour Rehearsal" option and paying the rehearsal fee in full. In addition, we recommend you schedule your ceremony to start at least 45 minutes after your rental period begins, to allow time for deliveries, decorations, photography of family, and the arrival and seating of guests. Cancellation Policy

In the event the Client requests to change the date of the event or wedding every effort will be made by The Pilgrim Chapel to transfer reservations and deposit to the new date, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the original date. The Client agrees that in the event of a date change within 30 days of the original date any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that The Pilgrim Chapel is not responsible for these compromises in quality. All Client requested cancellations or changes must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to date are non-refundable. Any reservation not paid in full 30 days prior to the event date is subject to cancellation by the Venue and all payments made to date are non-refundable. If for any reason Pilgrim Chape
