Traditional Chapel Ceremony

Service Description

Your reservation ensures your exclusive access to the Pilgrim Chapel and grounds for two and one-half hours on your wedding day, as well as use of our in-house officiant. The Traditional Chapel Ceremony package also includes a one-hour rehearsal on the day before your ceremony. Once we receive your online booking, we will contact you to schedule the rehearsal. Half of the total package price is due at booking. The balance is due 30 days before the scheduled ceremony date. Note: If you are unsure whether you want a rehearsal, you may prefer to book the "Chapel Ceremony" package now and add a rehearsal later, by returning at a later date to book the "Add a One-Hour Rehearsal" option and paying the rehearsal fee in full. In addition, We recommend you schedule your ceremony to start at least 45 minutes after your rental period begins, to allow time for deliveries, decorations, photography of family, and the arrival and seating of guests. Cancellation Policy

In the event the Client requests to change the date of the event or wedding every effort will be made by The Pilgrim Chapel to transfer reservations and deposit to the new date, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the original date. The Client agrees that in the event of a date change within 30 days of the original date any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that The Pilgrim Chapel is not responsible for these compromises in quality. All Client requested cancellations or changes must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to date are non-refundable.
